Merry Christmas

This is a special greeting to you from Best Health.  We thank you for your support through this past year and would like to take this opportunity to light a spark in your hearts.

You may feel very close to us, or you may be one of our contacts who has had only a brief encounter - an email, a phone call or just opted in to our mailing list.  Each and every one of you is important to us as each and every one of you makes up a part of this wonderful planet we live on.  For us it matters not if you are Christian, Muslim, Jewish, New-age, agnostic, atheistic or whatever.. what matters is that it is Christmas and for us that is just another excuse to help spread some light around.   Each of us experience this time differently.

Some of you have just had babies, some have experienced sickness and some even death in the family and some of us remember those that are no longer here and all the while, Christmas spirit is surrounding us. This is a time of heartfelt joy and connectedness even when it is sometimes tinged with sadness. So for all of you in whatever place you find yourselves in your lives we wish you peace love and joy.

Our gift to you is this poem by Hafiz:

Even after all this time
The sun never says to the earth,
"You owe me."

Look what happens
with a love like that,
It lights the whole sky.

With greetings and good
wishes to you all
Sahaja & Shazar

Turn your face to the light, and know that a small candle lights a very large darkened space.  Keep them burning in your heart to continue to bring light into the New Year.

And the Grinch, with his Grinch-feet ice cold in the snow,
stood puzzling and puzzling, how could it be so? It came without ribbons.
It came without tags. It came without packages, boxes or bags.
And he puzzled and puzzled 'till his puzzler was sore.
Then the Grinch thought of something he hadn't before.
What if Christmas, he thought, doesn't come from a store.
What if Christmas, perhaps, means a little bit more.

Dr Suess

I am not alone at all, I thought. I was never alone at all. And that, of course, is the message of Christmas. We are never alone. Not when the night is darkest, the wind coldest, the world seemingly most indifferent. For this is still the time God chooses.
